The frontman of pop rockers The Pigeon Detectives was one of 150 revellers treated by St John Ambulance volunteers during the Big Weekend.
Singer Matt Bowman needed medical attention after straining his leg performing on the main stage on Sunday.
He was taken to Maidstone Hospital by a St John Ambulance vehicle and later transferred to see a specialist at a hospital in Leeds.
Matt was one of just three people to be driven to hospital from the Mote Park venue.
Operations manager Steve Walker said he was pleased with his team’s work, saying: “We dealt with 88 people on Saturday and 64 people on Sunday which considering the number of people there, was very good.
“Our team of volunteers did tremendously well.”
More than 50 volunteers were on duty throughout the weekend, with small teams patrolling the park while others were stationed inside the music tents.
Some of the health workers even got to mingle with the stars backstage, rubbing shoulders with singer Adele, DJ and presenter Vernon Kay and Kelly Osbourne.
Steve said: “Everyone was really friendly, stopping to sign autographs and have their pictures taken.
“It was a great weekend, really good fun.”
